About the Event
International Medical graduates in western countries have no formalised learning or experience in the area of medical recruitment. Medical jobs are competitive and it is extremely difficult to get shortlisted for resident and registrar level jobs. The application forms may look straight forward but require unique understanding of western health system, cultural and communication skills to make an impression. Most IMGs are hardworking, compassionate and extremely enthusiastic but need guidance to highlight their professional attributes in CVs and application forms. The interview is a final opportunity to really impress the recruiters. The hospital medical staff need to match information in the application to your personality to ensure you are the right person for the job. You need to show your enthusiasm and commitment to finally convince the passionate doctor in you.
