Online Clinical Observership 

• Emergency Department, Medical, Surgical and Paediatric Ward rounds 
• Patient assessment and management priorities and responsibilities of medical residents 
• Understanding how to work efficiently in Hospital by utilising Cerener/EMR (Firstnet, Powerchart, E-meds and Communication systems e.g paging telecommunications) 
• Understanding working within teams and interactions with inpatient specialist teams and liaising with nursing, paramedical & allied healthcare for efficient patient management 
• Expected professional conduct e.g How to dress, talk and maintain professionalism
• Understanding & respecting various cultural & religious beliefs in hospital work environment  

Medical Coaching and Tutoring 

• 50 most common hospital cases (Tips on Management and efficiently conducting their routine/daily tasks) 
• Medical Documentation & must do medico-legal consideration 
• OSCEs & Case based discussions 
• Grand Rounds (Participant doctors are encouraged to present cases for developing confidence and communication skills) 

Mentorship

• 1:1 guidance through Medical recruitment process (CV, wording medical applications and practising Interview sessions) 
• Personal 1:1 coaching on how to build medical portfolios for positive professional growth and development  
• Tips to gain exemplary feedback during Term appraisals 
• Real feedback on personailties, confidence as per expected standards

• Medical Communication Skills Workshop ( 6 hours over 2days) 
• Medical Resuscitation (Trauma, Cardiac and Paediatric Resuscitation Skills) Workshop (6 hours over 2days)

• This will help consolidate practical learning & learn proper medical and administrative communication 

Duration and Timings 

• 3-4hours per class and 4 classes per week (120hours of interactive learning over an 8 week period)
• Combination of weekdays and weekends 
• Time slots to be confirmed (likely 1000-1300 Weekdays, 1500-1800 or 2000-2300 Weekends)
