Schedule of Observership
Duration: 4 Weeks
2 sessions per week
4 hours per session
Total 8 sessions during the observership
Typical timing: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Specific days decided by mutual agreement between observers and GP supervisors
Note:
100% attendance is required for the CPD certificate and local reference eligibility.

Initial installment payment of AUD $1,500 + GST is required to confirm your placement
Practice selection is offered on a first come, first served basis
Confirmation email will be automatically generated after successful registration
GP supervisor details, joining instructions, and the invitation letter will be shared after confirmation
Flexible intake dates available depending on clinic availability
For candidates outside Australia:
A visa invitation letter can be provided after registration

Duration: 4 weeks
Frequency: 2 sessions per week (4 hours each, 10am–2pm)
Total: 8 sessions across 4 weeks
Days are flexible and finalized by mutual agreement between you and the supervising GP.

7. How much does it cost?
The total fee is AUD $3,000 + GST, paid in two instalments of $1,500 each.
First instalment: Due immediately to secure your spot
Second instalment: Due in the second week of the observation period
8. When does the program start?

9. Do I need to attend all sessions?
Yes, 100% attendance is required to receive your CPD certificate and local reference. If you miss sessions, you may not qualify for these benefits.
