• ​All prices as marked and inclusive of GST 

• For ONLINE AMC and Clinical Orientation Courses please pay your instalments every month unless prior agreed differently 

• Any cancellation 1 week prior to online or physical workshop will incur 20% penalty 

• Our workshops start exactly on time so please be punctual 

• Live Session Broadcasting and Participation:

  • We conduct free live guidance sessions (including but not limited to Career Guidance, AMC1, AMC2, and any other career guidance sessions) which are recorded and shared across our social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X), our website (www.emergencyfocus.net), and via email.

  • By turning on your camera or audio during these sessions, you provide your express consent to be recorded and for your likeness/voice to be shared across the aforementioned platforms.

  • If you do not wish to be recorded or have your details shared, you must keep your camera and audio turned off. In such cases, you will not be permitted to ask verbal questions.

• For ALL online workshops video recording by participants is strictly prohibitive 

•  Video recording by faculty of their own session will be available by passcode within 48hours of session

• No video recording of (Medical Communication Skills, Adult Resuscitation Masterclass, Paediatric Resuscitation Masterclass, Professional Medical Documentation Workshop, Medical Application, CV and Medical Interview workshops) 

• If you miss the workshop, you will be allowed to attend next one free of charge 

• Certificates are provided only after completion of entire course or workshop AFTER you send us an email (info@emergencyfocus.net)  with your full name as you want on your certificate 

• Feedback forms are electronic and essential after every workshop and course 

• Our certificates and letters of supports are accepted by Australian Professional Colleges for CPD activity through your training portal (ACEM, FRCGP & ACRRM)
